Data Privacy & Security

Your data, your control. We combine industry‑leading security with strict policy gates to keep every voice safe.

End‑to‑end encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit; AES‑256 at rest) protects recordings and generated audio throughout their lifecycle.

Non‑identifiable voice embeddings. We store voice prints separately from personal identifiers, so even in the unlikely event of a breach, the data cannot be linked back to an individual.

Consent‑gated cloning. Users may only clone their own voice—or a voice for which they have documented rights. Our upload workflow enforces this at the point of data collection.

Traceability & accountability. Every generation is tied to a user, enabling us to trace misuse back to the originating account.

Deepfake detection & moderation firewalls. Proprietary detection models and real‑time prompt filters block or flag disallowed content—including harassment, fraud, and non‑consensual impersonation—before synthesis occurs.

Swift takedown protocol. Voices generated without proper consent are removed immediately upon verification, and offending accounts face suspension, termination, or law‑enforcement referral.

Data minimization. Raw recordings and all generated audio are automatically deleted when the user terminates the account.

Zero‑knowledge storage of raw voice samples whenever technically feasible, so only the user can decrypt them.

Annual SOC 2 Type II & ISO 27001 audits (in progress) verify our controls and processes.

Vendor diligence. We never share data with a processor that lacks equivalent—or stronger—security and privacy safeguards.
